These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PDF Scanner (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms and conditions.

Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App.
• Do not circumvent security features or use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair services or devices.

User Content

You retain all rights to documents, images, and other content you process with the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use, process, and share such content.

Our processing is designed to run on‑device. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Third‑Party Services

The App may rely on Apple frameworks and services. Your use of those services is subject to the respective terms and policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
